Blublublu

Our mission extends beyond the therapy room; we strive to foster deep connections between the body, mind, and soul through mindful living. Introducing Blublublu, we are proud to be the FIRST CLINIC in Ontario to combine Zen Tea with Mindfulness, led by our Certified Tea Master and Zen Tea Instructor, as well as an registered social worker (with Master Degree Level). A tea-inspired wellness initiative that embodies the art of slowing down, breathing, and being present. We hope to bring a sense of calm and help you connect with your body in the present moment.

We use seasonal teas as the foundation of our practice. By exploring the connection between mindfulness and tea appreciation, participants will experience the harmonious interplay of Zen and tea, enhancing both personal cultivation and tea artistry. Each session integrates personal practice, mindfulness concepts, and hands-on experience. This is the essence of Five-Sense Zen Tea engaging all the senses to find stillness and presence through tea.

Healing with Tea

Our Tea Group Therapy, led by certified Tea Master and Zen Tea Instructor, Sabrina Lam, offers a calm and safe experience that integrates the profound essence of traditional tea practice with contemporary emotional well-being. At our clinic, tea is recognized as far more than just a beverage; it is a gateway to inner peace.

About Zen

We engage in pure, mindful tea brewing. You will be invited to slow down, listen closely to the sounds of tea, and gently sense each moment as it unfolds. Through this process, the body and mind are naturally guided into relaxation. Give yourself the time of one bowl of tea.

This therapeutic group is co-facilitated by a Zen Tea Practitioner and a Psychotherapist. In the session, we choose with seasonal teas, beginning with placing the tea leaves and moving into pure, brewing. Participants are guided to listen, feel, and observe, allowing the tea experience to support deep relaxation and reconnection with the present. Through tea, we practice awareness, focus, and patience. Through the senses, we soften and unwind returning fully to this moment, here and now.

Tea is life. Life is the present moment.
