Speech Therapy
We provide speech therapy service for children, adults, and seniors.
Our speech and language assessment is provide by a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

SLP Assessment & Report
Assessment analysis, goal setting and report writing
(*Minimum charge is for 1 hour, additional fee will be charged at the therapy rate if the assessment cannot be completed e.g. paper work or multiple areas to be assessed.)

Insurance Coverage
Speech Therapy is covered by most private Canadian insurance companies. Please refer to your insurance company for plan details.
Payment
Payment is expected to be completed via e-transfer to karenlifetherapy@gmail.com 48hours prior to your session. Once receive your payment, we will confirm your appointment. A receipt with my registration number will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged for the full session fee.
