Group Therapy/Program
Research indicates that group therapy can be as, if not more, effective than individual therapy. Engaging in a group with others facing similar challenges helps participants understand that they are not alone in their struggles. We explore and learn new skills, practicing these in the safety of the group. Groups can be an empowering experience，feeling the support of the facilitator(s) and fellow group members can enhance our motivation and energy to create the change we want for ourselves. All our group therapy guide by our registered social worker.
Private Group (Minimum with 4-6 People)
Gather your friends, family, colleagues, or anyone you would like to share this experience with and form a private group of 4-6 people. You may choose your preferred date and time, allowing for a fully customized experience. This private setting offers a personalized pace and guidance, creating deeper comfort and emotional safety throughout the session.
**As each private group may differ in format and pricing, please contact us to confirm date availability before submitting the registration form and payment.
Insurance Coverage
All group/program are therapeutic and co-facilitated by a registered social worker. You may be eligible for insurance reimbursement if your insurance plan covers group therapy with a Registered social worker (with Master Level). Please contact your benefit providers cover psychotherapy, social work and marriage and family therapy to inquire if you are eligible for reimbursement.
Payment
To ensure a consistent and dedicated care experience, registration is considered complete once payment has been received. Please note that an administrative fee of 4.7% applies. An official insurance receipt with the therapist's registration number will be issued upon completion of your scheduled session. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We appreciate your understanding that advance payment allows us to prepare your group experience with care and intention.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
As materials and preparation are arranged specifically for each participant, therapeutic group's fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage you to review our terms and policies carefully before registering, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions prior to booking.
