Group Therapy/Program

Research indicates that group therapy can be as, if not more, effective than individual therapy. Engaging in a group with others facing similar challenges helps participants understand that they are not alone in their struggles. We explore and learn new skills, practicing these in the safety of the group. Groups can be an empowering experience，feeling the support of the facilitator(s) and fellow group members can enhance our motivation and energy to create the change we want for ourselves. All our group therapy guide by our registered social worker (with Master Degree Level).

REGISTRATION FORM

Private Group (Minimum with 4-6 People)

Gather your friends, family, colleagues, or anyone you would like to share this experience with and form a private group of 4-6 people. You may choose your preferred date and time, allowing for a fully customized experience. This private setting offers a personalized pace and guidance, creating deeper comfort and emotional safety throughout the session.

**As each private group may differ in format and pricing, please contact us to confirm date availability before submitting the registration form and payment.

Insurance Coverage

All group/program are therapeutic and co-facilitated by a registered social lworker(with Master Degree Level). You may be eligible for insurance reimbursement if your insurance plan covers group therapy with a Registered social worker (RSW).

Payment

To support thoughtful planning and group preparation, full payment is required at the time of registration via e-transfer to karenlifetherapy@gmail.com. Registration is considered complete once payment has been received. A receipt with the registration number will be issued within one week of receiving payment for reimbursement purposes. We appreciate your understanding that advance payment helps us prepare the group experience with care and intention.

Debit/Credit Card Payment

In-Person Card Payments: A standard administrative fee of 2.6% (applicable to tap/insert Visa or Mastercard via terminal)
Online / Payment Link: A standard administrative fee of 6% (applicable to remote credit card payments via secure payment links)

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

As materials and preparation are arranged specifically for each participant, therapeutic group's fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage you to review our terms and policies carefully before registering, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions prior to booking.
