Individual Therapy

Gives you a safe space to explore your feelings, thoughts, and concerns.

Couple Therapy

Using couples or marriage counselling framework we facilitate for those who are experiencing fallen out of sync, and feels like you are on a different path.

Family Therapy

Types of therapy in which members of a family attend sessions together, goal to improve communication and connections, resolve conflict, and learn about a loved one.

Play Therapy & Expressive Art

Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and youth to explore and express their emotions through creative elements such as play and expressive arts. Using techniques to help them process challenging experiences and build emotional resilience. Small group therapy (2–3 children per group) allows for individualized attention within a peer setting.

Eating Disorder Service

Offers compassionate and evidence-based treatment to support recovery. We work collaboratively to empower individuals on their journey toward balance and self-acceptance, as well as promote a healthier relationship with food.

Addiction Counselling

Focusing on understanding the root causes and providing tools for sustainable recovery. Our approach emphasizes personalized care, helping individuals rebuild their lives and relationships in a supportive and non-judgmental setting.

Special Education Needs Support

Our team specializes in supporting children and adults with special education needs, offering strategies to enhance learning, emotional well-being, and personal development.

Pre-Marital and Marital Counselling

Preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen your current relationship, our counseling sessions provide a structure and supportive space to explore communication, conflict resolution, and shared goals. We help couples build a strong foundation for a fulfilling partnership.
